RECIPE :
Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1 cm (1/2 in) thick slices.
Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350°F (180°C).
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the potatoes with canola, peanut or olive oil.
Arrange the potato slices evenly on the baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until tender.
Remove from the oven, turn the potatoes over, sprinkle with seasoning and serve.
