Refund policy
For hygiene and food safety reasons, no physical returns or exchanges are accepted for food products, even if the packaging appears intact.
If an item is damaged, broken, opened, expired upon delivery, or does not match your order, we will review your request and may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@saveursduquebec.ca and include:

clear photos of the product and packaging (including the label and the shipping box, if applicable)

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have reviewed your email and completed the necessary checks with our logistics center.
We will then confirm whether your refund request has been approved.
Once approved, the refund (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within up to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
If 10 business days have passed after our confirmation and you still have not received the refund, please contact us at support@saveursduquebec.ca.
