Delivery Area

Saveurs du Québec delivers everywhere in Canada.
Orders are prepared and shipped from Shiporo’s logistics center, located in Laval, Quebec.
Delivery is available for both residential and commercial addresses across Canada.


Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within an average of 24 to 48 hours on business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the region and city:

  • Quebec and neighboring provinces: 2 to 5 business days

  • Other Canadian provinces: 3 to 8 business days

  • Remote regions: additional time may be required

These timeframes are provided for reference only and may vary depending on the season, weather conditions, or order volume.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout through our shipping application, based on the postal code and total weight of the package.
The displayed prices reflect real carrier rates, including potential adjustments related to volumetric weight, fuel surcharges, or remote-area fees.


Carriers and Shipping Methods

Packages are shipped via Canada Post or any other carrier selected by Shiporo using the fastest and most cost-effective method.
Customers cannot choose their carrier at the time of checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can follow your order at any time using the tracking link provided.


Responsibilities and Insurance

Products are stored, prepared, and shipped by Shiporo, an independent logistics partner.

Saveurs du Québec is not responsible for losses or damages that occur during transport.
Customers are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier in case of damage or loss.

We recommend that customers report any lost or damaged package within 7 days of the expected delivery date:

Shipping Address

Please carefully verify your address when placing your order.
Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.


Unclaimed or Refused Packages

Unclaimed or refused packages will be returned to our warehouse.
Return and reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
