Behind Every Product Lies a Beautiful Local Story!

Vergers Paul Jodoin

In 1992, the Jodoin brothers decided to launch a raw, pasteurized apple juice under the brand name Jus Tradition. At the time, only clarified apple juices were available in refrigerated sections. The Jodoin brothers envisioned an apple juice with authentic colors that contained only the apples' natural sugars, with no added sugar.

To make it, all the apples are hand-picked before being washed, brushed, and sent to the press. After this final step, the juice is lightly pasteurized and then stored in a sterile tank until bottling. It took audacity and resilience to convince major chains and consumers, but today their product is appreciated and available throughout Quebec and Ontario.
