Behind Every Product Lies a Beautiful Local Story!

Les Douceurs de l'Érable Brien

DRIVED BY PASSION SINCE 1956!

Our story begins in the Eastern Townships region of Quebec, Canada, home to some of the finest maple-growing lands in Quebec. It was here that the Brien family chose to establish their sugar bush in 1956. Driven by a passion for maple and a spirit of innovation, Richard Brien (2nd generation) developed unique processes to achieve unparalleled product quality and consistency.

Over the years, the sugar shack has transformed into one of the world's largest processors of value-added maple products. Since 2018, the company has been run by Caroline Bordeleau and Philippe Charest-Beaudry.
