A team passionate about wild blueberries

The company was born from the passion of three women, Émilie Gaudreault, Lisette Paré, and Marie-Soleil Gaudreault, for wild blueberries and their desire to promote the bounty of our region. Today, this family venture has been enriched by new talents, forming a dynamic and complementary team, united by their love of the blueberry and their taste for a challenge.

Processed and marketed in their workshop-boutique nestled on Main Street in Albanel, Quebec, Délices du Lac-Saint-Jean offers its customers a wide range of local and organic products made using environmentally friendly processing methods. The products meet high quality standards. Since the use of preservatives, colorings, or artificial flavorings is prohibited, nutritional value is preserved.

Each year, when harvest time arrives, the owners go to the field to harvest the small fruit which later reveals its sweet flavors.
